Postpartum Support
Life in the fourth trimester is a sacred, tender season filled with endless wonder, sweet firsts, and deep love, right alongside non-stop feedings, piles of laundry, and the quiet vulnerability of recovering from birth. Between washing bottles, navigating feeding cues, and caring for a tiny person who depends on you for everything, it is easy to put your own well-being on the back burner.
I am here to ensure you are cared for with the exact same tenderness you give your baby. I offer grounded emotional and practical care, from feeding support and baby-soothing techniques to light household help and overnight rest, so you can heal, catch your breath, and build trust in your own instincts. Whether you need support a couple of days a week or dedicated overnight care for a few months, we will craft a rhythm that feels supportive and sustainable for your home.
